Supply Stock: Know what each van needs tomorrow.

Tell it the parts you carry, what is on each van and the jobs booked. It works out what each van should be loaded with, what is left to order, and writes the order for the supply house.

How it works

Three steps.

1
Load your dataParts, vans, kits for each job type and booked jobs, typed in or imported from CSV files.
2
See the planParts for the booked jobs, plus the reserve you hold back for calls not yet booked, less what is already on the van.
3
Send the orderA load list for each van, and one order for the supplier, emailed from you or downloaded as a PDF.

The weather

On a day the forecast reaches your heat line, the reserve on the parts you mark as cooling parts goes up by the percentage you set. The same for your cold line and heating parts. Booked jobs are never scaled by the weather, because they are already on the schedule.

What it needs from you

Your files make it work.

Your parts list and reserves.
Your jobs, by van and day.
The supply house's email address.
What it will not do

The limits, plainly.

It does not place orders with a supplier. It writes the order, and a person confirms it with the supply house.
It does not connect to ServiceTitan or Jobber. Jobs, counts and usage come in as CSV files or are typed.
A job type with no kit and not enough history gets no guessed parts. The plan names it instead.
Barcode scanning uses the phone browser's scanner where there is one. Safari on iPhone has none, so you type the part number there.
