What counts as a check

One photo or document read is one check.

Field Copilot, Permit Packages, Room-to-Scope and Ask and train each send photos or documents to be read. Each of those is one check.
The allowance is a hard monthly ceiling, because every check costs money to run. When it is used up the tools say so, and you can email us to raise it.
Typing in a room size, importing a CSV, planning the van and drafting a service message are not checks.
Calls and booking has its own cap on leads: 300 a month on Toolkit. If you pass it, every lead is still called, and we tell you once.

What people ask first.

Do I have to give it my data first?

Yes. The tools work from your manuals, your price book, your jobs and your parts. Kazfen does not ship with other companies' prices or a library of manufacturers' manuals. Start with one tool and one trade and add the rest as you go.

What does it do when it does not know?

It says so. A label it cannot read is marked unreadable. A material with no price shows as needs a price. A question the manuals do not answer gets no answer. A due date it was not given is left blank.

Is the permit package ready to file?

No. It is a draft for a licensed person to review. Until they enter their name and licence number, every page is watermarked DRAFT. Kazfen does not stamp, sign or file anything.

Does it work with ServiceTitan or Jobber?

Not directly. Jobs, parts and customers come in as CSV files, or are typed. We would rather say that now than have you find out on day three.

What are photo and document checks?

Each time Field Copilot, Permit Packages, Room-to-Scope or Ask and train sends a photo or a document to be read, that is one check. Each plan has a monthly allowance. When it is used up, the tools say so, and you can email us to raise it.

What happens to my photos?

They are re-encoded when they are uploaded, which removes the location and camera data in them, and they are kept against the job they belong to.

Can I cancel?
