Field Copilot: A second pair of eyes on every job.

Photograph a unit, a panel or a label. Field Copilot reads the model and serial number exactly as printed, says what looks wrong, and finds the page in your own manual that the next step comes from.

How it works

Three steps.

1
Photograph itUp to six photos of the unit, the data plate, the panel or the fault code.
2
Read itThe label comes back as printed. Anything it could not read is marked, not guessed.
3
Check itEach step cites the page of your manual it relies on, or says plainly that it is general practice.

Close-out check

Before a job is marked done, photograph each item on the checklist: split-system install, panel upgrade, solar install, water heater, roof replacement, or your own items. Each photo comes back pass, fail or unclear, with what to fix. The job shows as ready to close only when every required item has passed, and the photos and verdicts are kept as a PDF record.

What it needs from you

Your files make it work.

Your manufacturer manuals as PDFs, so answers come from your documents and not from memory.
A phone with a camera.
What it will not do

The limits, plainly.

It is not a code inspection. The close-out check holds your photos up against your checklist, not a local code book.
It never tells anyone to bypass a safety device. A step that does is removed before you see it.
A number with no manual page behind it is flagged for the technician to check before trusting it.
It does not replace the manufacturer's instructions or your local rules, and every page says so.
