1. Agreement to Terms

Kazfen is a service operated by Whiskers Wardrobe LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Kazfen," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Kazfen's website, kazfen.com, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Kazfen provides roofing lead protection services for roofing companies and contractors. Our services are designed to help roofing companies contact, qualify, route, and prioritize inbound roofing leads before they go cold. Services may include:

• Inbound roofing lead capture and qualification
• Follow-up through SMS, phone, website forms, or other connected communication flows
• Qualification for quote requests, leak repair leads, storm damage inquiries, insurance-related inquiries, repairs, replacements, and inspection requests
• Routing rules based on service area, job type, urgency, insurance involvement, or team assignment
• Team alerts through SMS, email, dashboards, or related notification systems
• Lead dashboard visibility and reporting
• Weather or storm-related context where applicable
• Setup, onboarding, and launch support for contractor lead flows

3. SMS Terms

By providing a phone number through our website, a connected roofing company website, a form, or our services, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your roofing inquiry or use of Kazfen. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Program Name: Kazfen Roofing Lead Notifications
• Message Types: Follow-up questions, appointment coordination, inspection timing, service updates, team alerts, storm-related notifications, and roofing inquiry communications
• Message Frequency: Varies based on the inquiry, lead flow, account setup, and communication needs
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@kazfen.com
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details

Kazfen will not sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Automated Communications and Lead Qualification

Kazfen uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to support lead qualification, routing, alerts, and communication. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• You may interact with automated systems through SMS, phone, website forms, or related communication channels
• Automated responses are designed to collect lead details and support timely follow-up, not to provide professional roofing, legal, insurance, or construction advice
• Conversations, messages, call data, and lead details may be processed (including by third-party AI providers such as Anthropic) and stored to provide the service, improve service quality, and support account operations
• Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, and service improvement purposes, and where required by law you will be notified at the beginning of a call that it may be recorded
• Lead qualification, urgency flags, and routing logic are used to help roofing companies prioritize inbound inquiries

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting or managing a roofing inquiry
• Not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful information
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with, misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our website, systems, or services
• Not impersonate another person, homeowner, contractor, company, or entity

6. Contractor Services and Roofing Work

Kazfen does not perform roofing work, inspect roofs, provide roofing estimates, provide legal or insurance advice, or guarantee any contractor outcome. Roofing services, estimates, inspections, repairs, replacements, insurance discussions, warranties, and related work are handled by the applicable roofing company or contractor. Any agreement for roofing services is between the homeowner or property owner and the roofing company or contractor.

7. Appointments and Follow-Up

Kazfen may help coordinate inspection requests, appointment timing, follow-up messages, reminders, or routing to a roofing company team member. Appointment availability, confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, and completion depend on the applicable roofing company or contractor. Kazfen does not guarantee that an inspection or service appointment will be available, scheduled, or completed.

8. Weather and Storm Information

Kazfen may use third-party weather services to support storm-related context, severe weather awareness, or prioritization of urgent roofing inquiries. Weather alerts and storm-related notifications are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data and are not liable for decisions made based on weather information provided through our services.

9. Subscription Services for Contractors

Kazfen offers subscription plans, setup services, and implementation services for roofing contractors and companies. By subscribing or purchasing setup, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable monthly subscription fees, setup fees, implementation fees, overage fees, and other charges described during checkout, on the pricing page, or in a written agreement
• Provide accurate billing, company, service area, and lead flow information
• Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled according to the applicable cancellation process
• Cooperate with onboarding requirements needed to configure lead routing, qualification questions, alerts, service areas, and related setup

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe or another payment processor. Unless otherwise stated in writing, setup, onboarding, implementation, and subscription fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellation requests should be sent to support@kazfen.com. Refunds, credits, and billing adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Plan Limits and Overage Fees

Some Kazfen plans include monthly lead volume limits, usage limits, or overage fees. If your account exceeds the included lead volume or usage limits for your plan, additional fees may apply as stated during checkout, on the pricing page, or in a written agreement. Kazfen may update plan limits, pricing, or overage terms with notice where required by law or agreement.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Kazfen is designed to help roofing companies respond faster, qualify inbound leads, and protect more opportunities, but we do not guarantee booked inspections, closed jobs, revenue, claim approvals, specific response rates, or business outcomes. Results depend on lead quality, market conditions, contractor follow-up, pricing, reputation, service area, availability, and other factors outside Kazfen's control.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, copy, graphics, logos, workflows, qualification logic, and systems associated with Kazfen are the property of Whiskers Wardrobe LLC (operating as Kazfen) or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our platform or services without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Kazfen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kazfen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to damages arising from contractor performance, missed leads, communication delays, weather data inaccuracies, automated system errors, third-party service interruptions, lost revenue, lost profits, or lost business opportunities.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kazfen and Whiskers Wardrobe LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, your submitted information, your contractor services, or your violation of applicable law.

15. Privacy

Your use of Kazfen is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
